Google Adwords External Keyword tool is being replaced with a new keyword tool with a slightly different user interface.

Users visiting the External Keyword Tool  @ https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal will see a link to the new tool:

As far as I can tell, the new external keyword tool looks like the one found within the new interface in Google Adwords advertisers’ accounts.
