    It is definitely an interesting concept. My thoughts are that its success would depend on the airline and their customers. Some customers might be offended by airlines trying to make another buck. Other customers might welcome the ads as a way to try to keep fares down.

    If I was a marketer who was planning on advertising with a tray table, I would strive for an advertisement that’s interactive. Word searches anyone? Anything you could do that would make it more of an interaction with the customer and less of “just another ad.”
