Eric Enge has written a good piece on “Chasing the Long Tail” over at Search Engine Watch.

His article addresses the question I posed at Silicon Valley Watcher:

“Has chasing the long tail ever passed a cost benefit analysis for a small to medium sized business?”

I believe Eric has sufficiently answered my question.
